Our Promise

Every piece is inspected before shipping. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Because HOTR Co. produces many items to order, we handle returns and exchanges carefully to protect product quality and limit waste.

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags.

  • Custom or limited-edition pieces (e.g., “Mystery Boxes,” “Artist Collabs,” or “Made-to-Order Items”) are final sale.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@hotrco.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will send you a return label (if approved) and instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method (minus shipping fees).

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’ll help if stock allows—contact us before shipping the original back.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, email support@hotrco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos—we prioritize fixing these first.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds typically process within 3–10 business days after we receive your return.
