Delivery Overview

All HOTR Co. orders are packed, printed, and shipped with care from our U.S. facility.
Each piece is made or finished to order—please allow 5-10 business days for production before dispatch.

Shipping Times

• U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days after production

(Delays may occur during peak seasons, launches, or limited-drop events.)

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a tracking link by email or SMS.
If tracking hasn’t updated for 5+ days, contact us at support@hotrco.com and include your order number.

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions—follow us on Instagram @hotrclothing for updates.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your package cannot be located, please file a claim with the carrier and email us so we can assist where possible
